We are pleased to present the schedule for 2016, our 13th season of operating international racing trips.
Note that the trip lengths as described include the latest departure date from the U.S., the arrival date at the destination, and the earliest return date to the U.S. In most cases, one of the nights will be spent en route overseas.
As always, the itineraries are designed for easy extension, either before or after the scheduled dates, for those who are wanting a longer stay abroad.

BADEN BADEN
MAY 22-29, 2016
8 days, 7 nights (including one en route)
We make our first trip to this atmospheric old-world spa town that hosts Germany's best racing venue. We'll have a couple of days of racing, one in a luxury salon and the other in front-row boxes. You'll get the chance to meet participants in the increasingly consequential German breeding industry at a farm visit and a breeze-up sale. You can try your hand at Europe's most beautiful casino and "take the cure" in traditional spa surroundings. Included will be a river cruise with a visit to Heidelberg, and an optional excursion across the Rhine to Strasbourg in France.

EPSOM & NEWMARKET
JUNE 2-9, 2016
8 days, 7 nights (including one en route)
Our trip to England is a walk through history and also a "today" experience of two of Europe's most famous racing places and its most important Classic race. Newmarket is the cradle of Thoroughbred racing and England's major training center. The Derby at Epsom Downs is the original on which all such-named races everywhere are based. The 2016 edition will be the 238th and is contested over the uniquely challenging Epsom course, which must be seen -- and walked -- to be fully appreciated. We'll also have a day of racing at England's most beautiful racecourse, an evening at one of its most charming smaller ones, sightseeing in historic Windsor, and an afternoon cruise on the Thames River.

A WEEK IN DEAUVILLE
AUGUST 8-15, 2016
8 Days, 7 Nights (including one en route)
Deauville is our favorite place to go racing in the world. It has everything – two racecourses, a seaside location, great dining, old-school elegance, and all of it within walking range of our hotel. Plus France’s best horse farms lie just inland. We’ll be there for some of the summer season’s finest racing, and our trip dates include the start of the big yearling sale. An important part of our week will be a full-day excursion to the 1944 D-Day landing beaches. Deauville combines the best of Saratoga, Del Mar, and Kentucky – and then adds just that bit more.
