If you are with an organization, or if you have a pre-assembled group of people who would like to travel with one another, let us put together a customized European racing holiday for you.

The best way to do this may be to use one of our scheduled trips as a starting point. Besides the relative simplicity of it, we also recommend this approach because our scheduled trips are built around what we consider to be the most exciting races of the European season, held at the most desirable racecourses to visit. Our thinking here is: you can go racing, and visit farms and training areas, at any time of the year; why not do it when you can see the best courses and the best racing as well?

Working off one of our existing itineraries, we can add or subtract elements as desired. Trips can be lengthened, non-racing activities such as golf or specific sightseeing can be organized, group dining can be booked throughout, and customized transportation and racecourse hospitality can be arranged.

Depending on the time of year, the desired destinations, and our availability, we can also consider designing, organizing, and conducting a trip "from scratch". Because we stake our reputation on our travelers' ultimate satisfaction with their European racing experience, we generally cannot design or organize a custom trip unless we go along to conduct it and insure that it goes properly. However, under certain circumstances we can consider making exceptions to this rule. We will not farm out our groups to local ground operators in any case.

The key to a custom trip is advance notice. Although we are always willing to discuss the possibility of special group arrangements at any time, the farther ahead we can get started the more likely it is we will be able to give you exactly what you want. At least twelve months prior to the anticipated departure date is our recommendation for beginning discussion; and the more notice we have the better the chance will be that we can either modify one of our existing trips so that you can have it all to yourselves, or be in a position to take on a from-scratch project.

Depending on the circumstances, it may be necessary for us to charge a reasonable planning fee which can be applied to the final cost of the arrangements, but would be non-refundable in the event the group does not travel.
